I normally bake for a lot of people and use big baking pans. I've found the more eggs you put in a cake the fluffier it gets.  1 small mug of oil, 10-15 eggs, 1 mug (small) of brown sugar, 5-6 very ripe bananas smashed beforehand on a plate. Mix oil, eggs and sugar together, then add the banana mixture.1 teaspoon of vanilla if you have, a half  teaspoon of cinnamon. Whole wheat flour up to 2 mugs and mix in with the flour 3-4 teaspoons of baking powder.

You have to play it by ear how much flour you put in. Bake until cooked in an electric oven. I preheat the oven on 180 degrees, and then when I put the cake in I turn it down to 160 degrees. Chopped walnuts also taste good in the cake.
